Shes well known by majority of the residents for being rude and not good at her job, some examples below. Shes never in her office. She will not allow chairs in the laundry matt for elderly. She will get upset if you report if the bathrooms are dirty. She will get upset if you use the public bathrooms. If you pay your rent in checks she will do it last minute or sometimes to late. If Virginia rodriquez is still manager, this place should be your last choice for your elderly family members. Shes well known by majority of the residents for being rude and not good at her job, some examples below. Shes never in her office. She will not allow chairs in the laundry matt for elderly. She will get upset if you report if the bathrooms are dirty. She will get upset if you use the public bathrooms. If you pay your rent in checks she will do it last minute or sometimes to late. Overall she is very short tempered and if you report any problems with your home, main building, or outside. She will get upset and do nothing leaving a lot of residents upset and hopeless. And shell dish out the rudeness to not just the elderly residents but to the staff, caretakers, and family members.
The manager in the office is very rude and never answers the phone went by to pick up an application for a family member and she immediately held her finger up and said she was busy to go back later she didn't even know what I was there for because she didn't give me time to speak and most of the residents I have spoken to have nothing but complaints about her being rude and her never being in the office but nothing gets done!
My grandmother has been a resident for years and can't say enough nice things about the apartments, staff and activities.

I enjoy living at Tejas Cove. all tha apartment's are safe to live in. There is pull strings you can pull if you fall for an ambulance.
We got rid of one bad manager, and the company hired another one from Arizona. She loves to argue with the residents and even told one resident she was crazy and should be in a mental institute. She told me there are no designated parking places on this property, there are five. She will not go outside her office she says this is not her concern. This woman said she had a husband and a u haul would be bringing her furniture, which has been a lie. Michelle Hallum from San Antino the person over this property told us the same thing. I wish I could talk to the president of the company, I would like to know where they find these managers. They are here for a paycheck and that's it. National Church Residences does not care about the residences at all. I suggest you never even concern yourself of this property.
