UPDATE: please figure out a way to contain your waste. I just had to pick up used latex gloves from my driveway when I was putting my trash out. It's disgusting quite frankly and I don't appreciate it. It is really not that hard to secure your garbage before you throw it away so it doesn't wind up in people's yards and driveways. I would just tell you this directly but every phone number I have found anywhere for your facility is disconnected or wrong or something and emails bounce back as well. Updating to say please get your packages off of my porch daily. I get packages from Walmart and Amazon for your place almost daily and I left instructions on the last one that I returned to your porch on how to adjust your PIN so you'll get your deliveries but apparently that was too difficult. Fix it. I'm sick of this. I just had to be outside arguing with an Amazon driver who refused to take back the stuff that isn't even mine that was actually for you that they were leaving on my porch. I tried calling but your phone number doesn't work. I tried emailing but your email doesn't work. This doesn't seem like a very efficient way of doing business. You can't have a business listing with contact information that is inaccurate. You also have on your listing that you have handicapped parking which you do not have so maybe you should update all of it at once. It is absolutely wasteful especially when it comes to food to just continue letting it get delivered to the wrong place and thrown away when it is so simple to just go correct your delivery location so that they will bring the stuff to you. The people that ran the place before you were pretty much losers in every regard but they were even able to do it so I don't know why you can't I live next door to this place and every trash day there's trash overflowing the trash cans like this and it's full of used gloves, used wipes, used face masks, packaging from wound care supplies, etc. It's just ridiculous for a medical facility to have their trash like this. Especially when this place is in a residential neighborhood and there are people who walk around with their pets and their little kids and pets and kids don't know not to pick that stuff up. It's their responsibility as a responsible medical facility to keep up with their waste. 01/09/26 Added a star for this mature and professional reply. I had problems with the previous owners and when I left reviews for them, they called the police and someone from the Constable's office ended up having to waste their time to come to my door because somebody reported me for leaving a bad Google review. This reasonable response and reaction is an great example of top notch social media management and is appreciated.
