My daughters grandpa on her mothers side of the family was under this facilities care for over a month and he is currently a missing person and it’s directly due to this places negligence. This facility deemed him mentally sound and began allowing him to check himself out without calling anyone first and he has severe dementia issues to the point that he can’t hardly even take care of himself. No one in our family knew or were aware of the fact that he was allowed to check himself out cause had we known we would have immediately told them he can’t be out on his own due to his dementia issues.…

No one in our family knew or were aware of the fact that he was allowed to check himself out cause had we known we would have immediately told them he can’t be out on his own due to his dementia issues. We are going on 4 days now of him being missing and frantically searching for him and this has been nothing short of absolutely traumatic for everyone involved in this situation. We just want him home and this is literally causing us to be physically ill from the stress this situation has caused. If I can prevent one family from going through what we currently are then this review will have been worth it. DO NOT LET THIS FACILITY TAKE CARE OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS!!!
My father is now missing because of the mal practice that this practice has shown. According to record the staff had failed to check on my father after not signing out of a “Visit” or “Outside time” if you will. No attempt to contact police authority was made by this facility as well as no attempt to go look for him. We are on Day 2 of looking for him in El Paso and not counting the countless “We don’t know” visits when going to see my dad. I highly do not recommend you have your loved ones there especially if they struggle with memory problems. no judgment against people who do but these…

I pray to God for you all at this facility.
I have had my father at the Bartlett since June 18th, and Í have had quite a bit of support being that a Family life changes everything once they are sick and cannot take Care of themselves. I admire the attention and care that is given to the elderly in need of rehabilitation and assistance. A special thanks to Glena Gilliam For your help & assistance.
Hey folks, I'm going to drop a few words about The Bartlett. 🤔, I wish we had heard of this great skilled nursing facility long before we did. There were 2 other facilities that we regret going to but that's in the past. The Bartlett, the staff is top notch. I didn't notice any fake generosity. I've worked in a hospital setting in the past and I know how busy it can from one minute to the next. The environment is loud at times but that's the way it goes. If anyone has a family member or friend that needs rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility, I definitely recommend them. From the CNAs to the Nurses and the food service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My mom has stayed there for a month, and my family and I are very impressed by the level of care and attention to every detail. The facilities are beautiful, clean and attractive, but most of all the personnel are fantastic. My mom is very grateful to everyone, I will mention some names that stood out: Jackie, Norma, Lulu the nurse, Arturo in Physical Therapy to name a few. I want to thank and recognize Glenna and Alice for their support every step of the way. Both of them went above and beyond to facilitate the processes. In conclusion, thank you all for making this period that could have been hard, a lot easier. Respectfully, the Provencio Family.
I had to have skilled nursing for a broken femur and hip replacement. I picked Bartlett Skilled Nursing randomly from a list and I hit the jackpot when I picked them. I want to thank them for their professionalism and quality care they provided. I had to have Physical Therapy in order to heal and they were also top notch. If I ever needed someone to care for me I would choose The Bartlett Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living again. Thank you for all you do.
The Bartlett is a smaller facility with an amazing staff. Sal, who I believe is the director is wonderful. He is very understanding and holds high expectations for his staff, which really shows in the quality of care provided. Every staff member I interacted with was attentive, kind, and caring toward the residents. The nurse was always just a call away and was incredibly helpful whenever I had questions or concerns about my dad’s care. One of the things I loved most about this facility is that it’s smaller compared to others. It creates a warm, home-like environment where everyone knows each other, both staff and residents. The facility itself is beautiful and always smelled clean and fresh. My dad wasn’t a very social person, but the staff consistently organized activities and celebrations for holidays. They really went all out for the big holidays, hosting beautiful lunches and dinners where family and friends were welcome to join. They even had musicians come play and sing which made the events feel very special. The best part for me was the peace of mind. I never had to worry about my dad while he was under the care of The Bartlett. Anytime I had a concern, I could call and the staff would take it seriously and reassure me that they would help. From my experience, many other facilities simply do not compare to the level of care, attention, and environment that The Bartlett provides. I’m very grateful for the care and compassion they showed my dad and our family.
Really nice skilled nursing facility; clean and well maintained. kind, professional and attentive staff, doctors, nurses and physical therapists. The activities are on schedule, the meal menu was diverse and delicious. One of the best skilled nursing facilities I've seen so far.
