3.1 · 82 reviewsThe Belmont is a great place! We went on a tour, and it was simply amazing. The staff was really wonderful and caring and nice, Costumer service was out of this world, friendly and easy to talk too.
I recommend this place for sure! We sent my mom here to do some rehab after receiving surgery on her left foot and they’ve been great with her. There were some that didn’t exactly do their job correctly and were a bit rude. BUT 4 amazing workers made up for it. Lesly the CNA, George and Grace physical therapist, and James the driver were absolutely amazing and great to my mother.
My dad has been at The Belmont at Twin Creeks for the past 2 weeks, and we are very grateful for the care he has received from everyone there, especially Lesly Brou and Bernadette AOR. Lesly is kind, patient, attentive, and always makes sure my dad is comfortable and cared for. Bernadette is incredibly caring and detail-oriented. She carefully manages my dad’s medications, closely monitors his blood pressure, and always takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. My dad has been at The Belmont at Twin Creeks for the past 2 weeks, and we are very grateful for the care he has received from everyone there, especially Lesly Brou and Bernadette AOR. We had a very concerning experience at The Belmont at Twin Creeks. Communication with staff was inconsistent, and follow-up on important care needs was lacking. The building also appeared to be in need of renovation, and there were noticeable cleanliness issues, including an unpleasant odor. Based on our experience, we were not confident in the level of attention and care provided. In our case, we had to be very proactive to ensure basic needs were met, which was extremely stressful given the circumstances. I would encourage families considering this facility to ask detailed questions and closely monitor care.
This place is AMAZING!!! Justin and Krystle are the absolute best and will treat your family like they are their very own family. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs short or long term care! Everyone from Mrs. Debra at the front desk to Justin (ADON) and everyone in between are exceptional!!! Thank you to everyone at the Belmont for going the extra mile for your patients!!!
The belmont at twin creeks the best place! my dad had a double knee replacement he was there for rehab this is a place to be. the manegment DON nancy was always answering my questions to the nursing staff ngozi and tracey and the med aide titi they are great .the OT and Pt are Awsome .and the food is delicious!
The Belmont is a great place. I have been there for a few years now and my experience just keeps getting better particularly with the CNA's. My morning CNA Ruth always has a smile and joyful disposition which I greatly appreciate. Her care is top tier I really can't say enough good things about her and her care. Thank you Belmont for such a caring and quality staff.
Where are the cafés so full of dirty trays?!?!? This is no place for my Mother
