3.8 · 134 reviewsI was admitted here to help me recover after surgery. As a retired physician I was hesitant to agree because of my experience as a former consultant to other nursing homes. But Brightpointe is special. Primarily designed for short term stays, it delivers. From pretty good food, to devoted nursing assistants ( Michelle, Aniyah), to more than competent therapists ( Shelly, Vanessa), my care was top-notch andalways respected my dignity. If the occasion arises, I’d ask to go back here.
Brightpointe exceeded my expectations from receptionist to all nursing staff very caring attentive recognized you with respect and by name physical therapy 5+ stars they are without a doubt #1 in Conroe or surrounding areas the food is as all medical facilities according to your diet there is a menu for a month if you do not like you can order something else the only problem is it rolls over to next month it is boring but tolerable if you want coffee early forget it if you like coffee when you wake unless you sleep till breakfasts about 7:30-8am very clean facility the rooms are always…

My experience with the rehab team at Brightpointe was outstanding. The therapists were encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping patients succeed. Everyone worked together to create a positive environment, and the progress made during the stay was incredible.

Brightpointe exceeded our expectations. The staff treated our family member with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion from day one. The building is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. We always felt informed and confident that our loved one was receiving excellent care.
This is a great place! I was made well enough to go home in a short time by two wonderful therapists MICHELLE AND PAV. I would recommend Brghtpointe to anyone.
The facility may be beautiful but patient care is way more valuable than a pretty lobby. Please do better with your patients care and treatment for them. I have not had a good experience with this facility and they way one of my members has been treated. Most people there are old and fragile they should not be treated with such harshness.
My mom chose this location as it was closer to home. Wonderful experience. Treated very well. Professional and personable.
I have been here a few times it's the best place for exercise. Very clean,good food and good workers. When I have a concern they have person help me work through it.
