I would say that the nursing staff and PT are great. My mothers bedding was never changed the whole time she was there. Also I had to alert them to an ulcer on her ccocyx. But one of the front desk people was rude. Acted like I was putting her out.

My 78 year old mom had a massive UTI, we almost lost her in December 2025. She had to go to rehabilitation to learn how to walk, bath, restroom all over again. She was incredibly weak when she went to The Center at Grande on Christmas day. She left in late March, walking with a walker. The rehabilitation team was amazing. They were all upbeat, met her where she was and built her up. The food is good, but lots of fried and the kitchen doesn’t always keep up with diet restrictions/changes. But they are kind and do try. The nursing and CNA staff is ok, but not as hands on if someone is very needy you will probably need to hire additional aids, that is what we did. The additional aids we had were amazing, and kept my mom in great spirits. The case managers are a little difficult to catch but are helpful and knowledgeable. Overall the experience was positive for our family and we are grateful my mom has made a good recovery.

I don’t like giving low ratings, but this place was very frustrating and disappointing. My 85 yo mother was admitted after breaking her leg. I had communicated to the caseworker that I had rescheduled her post op appointment so I could go with her since she has Alzheimer’s and wouldn’t remember visit but they took her anyway. When I went and talked to the caseworker about it, she didn’t even know they had taken her. On top of all of that, they took her to a strange doctors office and left her there alone. My husband Robert Kaster spent 4 months at the Center at Grande are here are his own words about his experience there: " I am writing this review to let others know how good this facility is. In September 2025 I passed out, fell and hit my head fracturing my C6 vertebrae and it was all because of a diabetic wound on my right heel which had become infected and I didn’t even know it. After spending a few weeks at Christus hospital ICU I ended up at the Center at Grande for a long-term rehab. At the time I could barely walk and I had lost all strength in my upper arms and shoulders.I could lift almost nothing. I entered Grande in October 2025 and stayed through February 2026. During that time I regained my strength and the ability to walk even without a walker. The team at Grande was fantastic and they really helped me in every way possible. Let’s start with the nursing staff : I want to thank the head nurse Matt, Ryan, and my wound care nurse Dussie. I also needed help in the shower and my shower tech was really great. Helping me get stronger was the occupational therapy and physical therapy teams specifically Becky, Patrice ,Steve and Diane. The gym itself was excellent and I had all the machines and free weights to help me regain my strength. Then there were the two drivers; Mike and Lanney who always showed up on time and help me get to my various doctor appointments. The food was very good and I could always get good protein and vegetables with all my meals. All in all I would rate Grande 10 out of 10 because I came in weak and sick and left strong and much healthier. Thank you to everyone at the Center at Grande for saving my life."

One star is far to nice… The nursing staff is horrible... The famous saying since my grandmother has been there 4 days.. we're busy, you're going to have to wait." how long does one have to wait. 2, 3, 4 or 5 hours....she asked for a pillow and blanket.. "you're gonna have to wait.. we're busy". Can I please get my medication? " you're gonna have to wait, we're busy". 5 hours later... she has gotten herself to the bed.. no pillow... no blanket... no medication. They bring her medication at random times.. it's always late this morning 3.5 hours late.. "they were busy".. also make sure your talking to a nurse behind the counter because someone is allowing a patient to sit behind the nurses station and ask if she can do anything for you.. "they were busy" when I asked the nurse she said oh she does that.. she likes to be up here … not my circus not my monkey 🤷🏼‍♀️ … you allow this.. I'm no nurse but I would never treat someone's loved one the way they have been to my to my loved one…

My mother got there today around 330 pm. She has not had pain medication since the hospital administered this morning. They placed her in an empty room. No towels, wash clothes. A bare bed with sheets. She’s 75 and 48 hours out of a knee replacement. There has been nobody come to settle her in, help her to the toilet or into the bed. She’s crying. Her granddaughter is having to bring her blankets and food. It’s now 830 pm and still nobody to settle her in or pain meds. I certainly hope this doesn’t reflect her care for the duration of her stay or I will be transferring her and lodging a formal complaint. If you don’t have staff DONT ACCEPT PATIENTS!! ZERO STARS!!!!

I can honestly say we had such a positive experience at Center at Grande. From the very beginning, it just felt welcoming. The nurses and CNAs were incredibly kind and attentive not just doing their jobs, but truly caring. That made all the difference. The therapy team was amazing. They were patient, encouraging, and really invested in progress. You could see how much they wanted the best outcome. I also loved that they have private rooms. It made everything feel more comfortable and gave a sense of dignity and peace. The building was always clean, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and supportive. We’re so thankful for the care and compassion shown here. It really meant a lot to us

The nursing staff has been amazing, and the therapy team has been wonderful. We truly appreciate their care and dedication.
