The Cottages at Clear Lake

Friendly staff and caregivers. Well maintained and clean whenever I visit. Residents known by name. Can't comment on food or what it is like to be a resident, only treatment as a regular visitor to a parishioner with early dementia.

I truly appreciate the exceptional staff at The Cottages. Kris consistently greets us with warmth and kindness upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment. Sandy and Robert are always helpful and responsive, readily answering any questions we may have. Heidi demonstrates outstanding client care, with a keen attention to detail that does not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend The Cottages to anyone seeking quality care for their loved one.

The Cottages is a beautiful facility with a warm, homey feel. It is very clean and welcoming. The leadership and staff are extremely loving and attentive, and always go the extra mile. Any concerns I have had have been quickly addressed to my satisfaction. The care my mom has received has far surpassed any expectation I had when I decided to place her here. They have excellent security for the safety of the residents. They provide a variety of activities daily, bring in wonderful performers to entertain the residents, and prepare top-notch food. I cannot recommend The Cottages enough. If you want your family member to be loved and well cared for, this is the place for you.

The Cottages is an amazing Memory Care community! Long term employees and leadership team!! Walking through the community, you can absolutely see what great and loving care the residents receive. The community has a warm and friendly vibe. Kris, the Marketing Director is a doll. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate how much Kris helped me. Heidi, the Executive Director is amazing as well. Sweet and friendly. She always has time for families and for residents. I so appreciate all the support I have received from these two ladies. I can't say enough great things about The Cottages!

The Cottages at Clear Lake has been phenomenal. They've been wonderful with my husband, very caring, and very attentive, and everybody's involved. They're on top of where everybody is. The entire staff has just been incredible. I'm very happy that he was there. I wish he were going back, but he's not. It was a great experience for all of us. We all enjoyed everybody, the staff, and even the people who were in there. It was an extremely satisfying stay for him. When you walk in the front door, there's a big great room that has couches, and it's very well lit with lots of windows and a beautiful piano. One of the residents there is an amazing piano player. Then you kind of walk into a hallway to another great room where the fireplace is, where they do their daily activities, their church service on Sundays, games, bingo, and trivia. There are two wings, and each wing has its own kitchen and dining room table, and it's a family dining experience. They know where you are. If you're missing, they know you are missing. It's more of a community. The rooms are not huge, but they don't need to be. He's been in a shared room, and he's been the only one there. It has its own private bathroom, with a shower and everything, your storage area and your closet. Everybody has been so amazing. I haven't eaten there, but they have a chef on staff who has his own kitchen, and they do all the meal prep. He has sometimes eaten more than one plateful, so I think it's fine. They cater to whatever the needs of the resident are. They get snacks daily. I think that their activities and the things they do and how they incorporate everybody, and how they incorporate family members are good. They have fulfilled everything.
