The Crossings is a wonderful and loving caring community. I'm so grateful my parents decided to move there. They have received excellent care with the exact care and support that they needed. I highly recommend this beautiful facility!
My mom and Dad started their journey at the Crossings by living in Independent Living. They LOVED it, and Dad is hard to please. They started having physical and cognitive issues and they were then moved to assisted living. Dad passed, and Mom is now in Memory Care. She is treated with much love and respect. Mom is now 99, will turn 100 in August. She is very happy there. I HIGHLY recommend The Crossings. They have been a blessing for my parents and the rest of my family!
I had a very disappointing experience with The Crossings Retirement Community, specifically dealing with Brandon K. Tarver and the administrative staff. Our company completed repair services with a clear payment agreement scheduled for April 4th. It has now been over a month, and payment is still outstanding with no accountability or clear communication. Trying to reach Brandon has been extremely difficult. Calls are rarely answered, and when I did manage to get through, the responses were dismissive and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, calls were abruptly ended without resolution. The…
I had a very disappointing experience with The Crossings Retirement Community, specifically dealing with Brandon K. The front desk staff were also unhelpful, often claiming he was unavailable or not in the office, even during normal business hours, which raises concerns about internal coordination and transparency. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for agreed payments reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and reliability. Delayed payments and poor communication are not acceptable, especially after services have already been delivered. I would strongly advise other service providers to exercise caution when working with this company.
The Crossings is a 5 star retirement community. Engagement in League City is encouraged with the residents providing feedback after each event. As a member of the Council of Advisors, I am proud to represent our seniors and their interests in our region. Our residents consistently tell me they wish they had moved to The Crossings sooner.
The representatives were not helpful in regards to enrolling a family member with special needs. We definitely felt not welcome.
Everytime I would go visit my sister, never have a pitcher of water with ice even when I would ask would take their time bringing it. Now my mean and evil sisters daughter has put a camera in her room, my sister say she wants to see who goes there a n d Im the only one that visits my sister, she has hated me ansmd says Im unstable, her grandsons dont visit her always have excuses to leave when there fmdropping off stuff fir her. Now Meslissa her daughter has told the director of nurses she does not want me to come visit my sister anymore, and can't even talk to my duster Eunice on the phone, I have cried and cried over this which has hurt me deeply my sister was always lije a mother to me! Please dont put your love one in this place as mgmt is mean , when I was being walked out was treated like a criminal . Nataly director kept telling me to get out,
Abigail Daughbach is a great help around here! Tell her to keep up the good work!!!
If I could give 100 stars I would. My father (Herman C) went into short term rehab at The Crossings after an illness that required him to go to PT and have nursing care until he was healthy enough to return home. I researched the League City area extensively to make sure I selected the best place for him. WOW did we find it! The Crossings far exceeded our expectations in all ways. This facility (all of it) is beautiful, clean, well appointed, and the scent of a nice hotel greets you upon arrival and through the halls (not like a hospital or nursing home), The staff was amazing from housekeeping, to the wonderful kitchen crew (shout out to Yolanda ❤️), food, the nurses, CNA's, PT, to the facility Director (Greg I think) who would come to the dining area to visit or do whatever is needed. The other patients became a temporary family to my dad (and to me). The social aspect was priceless. My father was released yesterday and he probably would have preferred to stay (but that is not possible). We could not have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a facility to care for someone elderly LOOK HERE - you won't look any further. We have so much gratitude to everyone - my dad loves you (so do I).
