My grandmother has been here since January and she loves it and we love it for her! Brandy the nurse goes above and beyond to care for her. The chef is the sweetest and makes great food. Gus the Medtech loves our grandmother and always checks in on her. So many of the stuff are so attentive and sweet. We are so thankful for all the ways this facility is caring for our grandmother. Not only are all the people great but the facility is beautiful.

My family has had experiences with several assisted living facilities. The Emberly is by far the most beautiful facility and the staff is so kind and warm. They have gone above and beyond to help my loved one feel at home. We are so thankful for the good care provided here. They have done everything they can to accommodate our loved ones needs. Moving my mom into a senior living community was one of the hardest decisions our family has ever made, especially with her having an emergency surgery and everything happening so fast. Christine was our first point of contact and from the moment we met her, she took the time to genuinely get to know us and understand our situation. She never once made us feel pressured, instead she guided us with patience and care, letting us move at our own pace through such an emotional process. Jackie, the president, then personally sat down with us and spent hours walking us through the entire community, covering what to expect from each department and how everything works as a whole. That kind of time and attention from someone in her position meant the world to us. Nurse Brandy kept us informed every step of the way and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. What my mom has experienced since moving in has truly left us speechless. She came in an entirely different person than she is today, now living with a spark we hadn't seen in a long time. And honestly, the residents have a lot to do with that. They are an absolute hoot, always engaged, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. It is a joy to see my mom right in the middle of it all. A huge part of this transition has also been the food as well. Majid runs a restaurant menu with daily specials and always available options, we love the love poured into the meals, I look forward to coming to visit close to a meal time so I can join her for a bite to eat. We are so grateful we found The Emberly.
