I have been at the Hillcrest of North Dallas for over a year. I originally came here for rehabilitation following a surgical procedure and decided to stay. The facility is very beautiful with all the comforts of home. I appreciate the professional staff which goes out of their way to be kind, to improve their services and treat you like family. I feel so blessed to be here and would never think of leaving! If you desire to be a part of a loving, caring community look no farther, this place was designed just for you!
Bringing a loved one into a nursing home for the first time can be emotional and overwhelming, but from the moment we walked through the door, we were made to feel welcomed, comfortable, and accepted. I especially want to recognize Mona, the Administrator; Stacy, the Business Office Manager; Christy, who works the front desk and was our first point of contact; and Sean, the Admissions Coordinator. Each of them took the time to explain everything in detail, answer our questions, and make sure we understood the process without ever making us feel rushed. When you’re trusting others with someone…

When you’re trusting others with someone you love, how you’re treated matters. Their kindness, patience, and compassion made a difficult transition feel a little easier, and our family truly appreciates that. Thank you all.
Exceptional First Impression — Thank You, Christy! From the moment I walked in, Christy Birdine set the tone for an outstanding visit. Her warm welcome, professional demeanor, and genuine down-to-earth personality made me feel valued from the very first interaction. Christy is the kind of person who makes you feel right at home — a true asset to this team. Thank you, Christy!
My husband is there due to a stroke I’m not able to get up there to see him like should, when I went there on my visit I found out he he was being abused he’s non verbal but can demonstrate what he’s been going through the facility doesn’t call me if there’s anything wrong but can call me when they need something from me, I’m trying to transfer him to another facility that is in the same area where I live all I have to do is walk out the gate, I live in a senior living apartment on Bickers Street
Staff was very helpful and it was a great experience.Altogether , I feel safe , knowing my family will be well taken care of?
Been laying in cold water the nurse spilled in my bed for an hour now no answer from call button or phones left in a wet bed cold still waiting for help, the nurse left the room with no response made no effort to help
Very good facilitie!!
I’m always impressed by the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the staff from the entry to the caretakers in my sister’s room. They actually mention her by name when I come in so I feel like she’s a real person to them.
