If there could be a 0 we would choose it. The clerical/administration within has no real order. No set rules or expectations are given for visitors before or at arrival. My husband drove 3 hours there and 3 hours back only to find that despite the fact his name was on the list for visitation and could have seen her IF they had the correct and most up to date information. Also while there, someone had been told their daughter would be there and after driving 6 hours found out she was NOT there at all!! They are unsympathetic and completely unorganized.
