They are very very clean. Staff was super friendly and my mom never wasn't cleaned or care for . Skin was beautiful no tears or anything. I also referred someone and she was also very pleased . The staff really cares for their patience which is rare . Will use them every time '

This facility is nice, looks and feels like a resort with great medical care. The staff is friendly and accommodating, I was comfortable and totally taken care of my entire stay here....kudos to management and staff. Shelly

My grandma was progressing so much at the hospital after a month of being in the icu due to a stroke, but as soon as she got to this place she stopped talking and moving and overall started to decline. She even developed a stage 3 bed sore. I also asked a lady one day if she can move my grandma to a wheelchair chair and she sighed and said, “no I’m busy” as she was on her phone having a conversation with someone with her blue tooth in her ear “working” I wish I reported her, but I was scarred that they were going to treat my grandma worse with her still having to stay there at the time. These places will sadly never take full care of your family member. I stayed the night one day and the lady was trying to change out my grandmas pillow case or something so she yanked the pillow off of my grandmas head without even lifting her head up, and my grandmas head just flopped on the bed and banged it, that caregiver just treated her like she was nothing. I was surprised that happened right in front of me so you can only imagine the things they do and don’t do behind the scenes. Most of these people seem to hate their jobs. There’s no room for love and compassion with how they treat patients. They will only see your loved one as a patient and nothing more. It’s inhumane and so sad that these people actually have a job here working with the sick and helpless. Please don’t take your loved one here it’s awful. Theres more but the bottom line is this is not the place for anyone to be in, please don’t do it. I understand even more why the seniors say they’d rather die than go into a nursing home.
