One of the sales consultants, Wendy, was rude, condescending and discriminatory towards myself and my wife. During a difficult time trying to find an assisted living she was the farthest thing from compassionate, welcoming or empathetic. Once she decided to be discriminatory she lied and said oh, there are no rooms available anyway. Clearly a bold face lie as I had someone else call and what do you know, there is availability. Judging by how the process started I would steer clear of this facility. There are a…

Not sure how the facility itself is but judging by the sales team it is horrible. One of the sales consultants, Wendy, was rude, condescending and discriminatory towards myself and my wife. During a difficult time trying to find an assisted living she was the farthest thing from compassionate, welcoming or empathetic. Once she decided to be discriminatory she lied and said oh, there are no rooms available anyway. Clearly a bold face lie as I had someone else call and what do you know, there is availability. Judging by how the process started I would steer clear of this facility. There are a lot better options in the area.
Yashica is great and very helpful when anything is needed! She is the backbone of the community and always there.
Great staff. The Director of Assistant Living was wonderful.

Hello happy holidays I’m a caregiver that has a client at this beautiful place of living and Mrs Tammy is everything she’s such a beautiful spirit and and her smile light up the room she such a sweet person soon as you walk in she drop what’s she’s doing to make sure you are welcomed by her calm voice I would give this place ten stars if I could bless you ma’am..
Looks great. Beautiful! Have no immediate need for assisted living but will want to be there when the time comes. Hope there will be an opening.
My dad who is a double amputee veteran was denied access to this place snd when I tried to talk to headquarters no one called me back! Please support our veterans by not giving this place your business!
Great place! The staff is AMAZING! Yashica has that place running nicely, so the care is what people are looking for. This time, you have the bells and whistles, and the care!
