What a wonderful community! The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, the staff is absolutely phenomenal and the living space is exquisite! This is a perfect example of what assisted living should be! Please come tour this beautiful community and allow your loved one to enjoy a beautiful assisted living experience!
What a beautiful building! The receptionist was so welcoming and Cathy is just delightful. Everyone was incredibly friendly.

Cathy at The Reserve at First Colony was absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us navigate care options for my mother-in-law with so much compassion and professionalism. She provided a thorough tour, answered all of our questions, and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Cathy was thoughtful, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. We truly appreciated the time and attention she gave our family during such an important decision. Highly recommend! The facility is beautiful and newly renovated.
Very unprofessional need to close down
Great staff: Reema, Joylette, Rose, Laura, Chioma, Leslie, Margaret, Frederick, Dita, Saroj, Daliah, Beverly, and the angelic Sheretha. I'm forgetting some names, but thank you, Reserve, for taking such great care of my mother while she was in your care.
The Reserve at First Colony is a wonderful place. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive. They truly go above and beyond to make the residence feel comfortable and supported. My mother absolutely loves living here from the delicious food and the daily activities to the friendly help she receives every day. The reserve is also reasonably priced for all the amenities.
