The Rose Residential Care Home, LLC in Tyler, Texas. This residential care home offers both assisted living and skilled nursing/long‑term care in a small, house‑style setting on Andy Lane. Accommodations include private rooms with private bathrooms and wheelchair accessibility. Care is described as tailored to individual needs, with medication management and emergency call systems in place to support residents who require regular assistance with daily tasks.
The community reports 24‑hour staffing and on‑site nursing support, and lists services such as housekeeping, laundry, meals with dietary accommodations, transportation assistance and common gathering spaces for social activities. Sources note a schedule of recreational events and small‑home amenities; public reviews and listings also reference both positive experiences and at least one cited care deficiency, so families should verify current licensing, staffing and service details directly with the home.

4.5 · 10 reviewsAfter four years and seven different health care facilities, my sister and I have gleaned some insights into the world of eldercare! Regardless of the monthly cost, whether $5K or $10K, we found the staff to be over-worked and under-paid resulting in varying degrees of neglect, not the least of which was delayed response times to resident calls for assistance, often exceeding 30-40 minutes. That ended when we finally found Rose Residential. This charming home environment is staffed by beautiful, Christian women who do not come and go! After four years and seven different health care facilities, my sister and I have gleaned some insights into the world of eldercare! There are so few residents, and the home is small enough, wait time is not an issue. Their level of care and attention to personal needs is exceptional. At 97 our dear mother began her transition to meet Jesus. In mom’s last days the ladies at Rose were very loving and empathetic and gave all of us full support and compassion.
For the time that I had a love one in the care of The Rose it was comforting. He was enjoying the care and attention that was given to Him. I had peace of mind knowing he was in good hands.

Went on a tour w my grandmother and fam, such a nice and welcoming home. Please give them a chance if you are in the market!
Lovely staff and management. A pleasure to work with and you can tell they care
The Rose Residential Care Home offers a “homey” atmosphere for people needing assistance in performing the basic functions of daily living. It’s an alternative to the large, corporation-owned multi “apartments” facilities that come to mind when one thinks of Assisted Living. The Rose also offers short term respite stays for caregivers. As my wife’s caregiver for the past 4 years, I needed such a respite; a place where SHE could get the care she needed and I could get some rest. The two days we spent at The Rose fulfilled both goals. The entire staff did everything humanly possible to accommodate us, even serving us a private “candlelight” dinner in honor of our 56th anniversary. If you want the services of a large Assisted Living facility but want it in a smaller, more intimate setting, The Rose definitely is worth considering. Marvin M.
I have been very pleased with The Rose Residential Care Home. A lady in my care would have been roaming the streets if it hadn't been for Shronica Holmes permitting her to stay at The Rose Residential Care Home until I could get her finances straightened out. The entire staff has patiently worked with my Ward and accommodated her many idiosyncrasies. They take her to doctor appointments and have cared for her well. Double thumbs up!!
I recently contacted The Rose for information regarding my mother. I wanted to be proactive in researching facilities in case my mother needed to be placed. Shronica was gave clear and precise information that I needed!
