Charging amenities not receiving
I recently applied for an apartment I was supposed to move in on the 15th of December here it is January and I’m still waiting for them to let me know when I can get my keys , I called them 5 times and left messages

I have an elderly family member here and management should do better than this. The reviews from 3 years ago apply to today. There are roaches, mold and trash every. Even the hallways and elevator smell. These do not appear to be safe accommodations for the elderly.
Luckie Rivera is a loss unbearable she was beyond she was unique and I think she is worth calling to tell her you would double and or if you had triple her pay to get her to come back. She not only was exempt at her job she helped all the Spanish people to, I think Village at Lakewest has suffered a profound loss in letting her lieve. Please wish owners feedback 🙏
Mikelia Moore is phenomenal! Her work ethic and attention to resident needs are SUPERB!! She is always Happy, Smiling and Helpful. I look forward to her smile every time I come into the front office. I give her a 10 out of 10 for her service!
I lived here 9 years out of need. I moved out Sept 11, it is Nov. 3 now. with a 40 day notice and forwarding address. Cleaned my apartment extremely well. Took a video, And it has been an issue getting my deposit back. Management failure to prevent breach of contract. Sick water, sick people, inappropriate management.
Unfortunately, they don't share the same excitement about this property on numerous occasions entering my dwelling smells of weeds throughout the apartment. I have reached out numerous times regarding this situation and was informed that I contacted the law enforcement. Who informed me they was not coming out for that matter. I will have to take that up with the people in the office.. and they asked me the reason why my dog barks a lot is because she has a contact. She is high on weed.
