Jordan & the staff are wonderful! Jordan helped me with decisions I needed to make for my 87 year old mom. He answered all my questions & the staff was Wonderful. The rehab they provided helped my mom so much & I'm able to take her home. I would highly recommend Town East Rehab for anyone needing therapy or a place to put their loved one for care as the staff is so good & caring.
The BEST thing about this place was Megan Chandler. She's a CNA there who aspires to become a nurse. She treated me with kindness and showed me compassion. She was a huge comfort to me. The world could use a few more like her. Overall my experience there felt like a nightmare. The poor lady who started screaming in the middle of the night scared me. I listened to her for two hours. I tried to get someone's attention. When someone did respond I was advised that they were understaffed. Several times there were problems with the food. I advised folks over and over that I couldn't eat spicy and…

The world could use a few more like her. Overall my experience there felt like a nightmare. The poor lady who started screaming in the middle of the night scared me. I listened to her for two hours. I tried to get someone's attention. When someone did respond I was advised that they were understaffed. Several times there were problems with the food. I advised folks over and over that I couldn't eat spicy and that I'm Jewish and can't eat pork. Someone from the kitchen came to talk to me, but nothing changed. If it hadn't been for Megan I wanted to check out AMA. And quite frankly I felt like the patients and good staff members deserved better. This is not a place I would ever go to again.
My father stayed for a 2 week respite stay. Staff was caring and professional. Any concerns or questions my father or I had were addressed promptly. This will be our choice for long term care when it comes to that as well as possible future respite stays.
Melissa is absolutely great. She cares for the patients & has made my time here more pleasant. I always look forward to seeing her.
I have only been a rehab patient for several days, but I must come in the night crew. I had a roommate in for wound care. She had only been in the facility herself a couple of days before me. The other night after midnight, there was a commotion in our room And as I was not able to not hear several of our family members and the staff were at her bed. The family members were very vocal disruptive and rude to the staff concerning the temperature of the room. One of the staff walked over to check the thermostat, which was not even on ! The family kept on and on about the comfort of their loved one sweltering in hell !!! and they were not standing for this. They were going to report this and they just kept on and on. I really would like to complain that the staff kept me up, Listen, it was only because they were in the room on the spot at least every 30 minutes, checking out my roommate”s, dressing, her concerns as well as her wounds. You get the picture, the door was being opened continuously during the night because they were doing their job tending to the roommate’s needs. I also heard her accusing a staff member of “ beating her up! She’s telling her family this type of stuff, apparently, by the family behavior, they’re believing her. I can’t wait to being transferred to another room. Again I would like to applaud the staff for their professionalism, attentiveness/caring services in the most difficult situations. Looking forward to my remaining days of recovery here.
Very rude to Doohdash/ Uber drivers. we didn't order this freaking food, we were sent here to deliver. They ignore you for doing your job, when they're just sitting around at theirs . Smh. Do better at your customer service to people you work at a rehabilitation for goodness sakes! 2/24@610pm
