Top notch , we looked around everywhere before placing our 87 year old mother , from the First person we met at front desk this place seemed like it was gonna be the facility of choice ,super clean smelled good and as time went on we met the nursing staff , therapist and all the senior administrators, they truly care about their folks, even after first few weeks they had us come in and do a care meeting will all senior staff no place had ever done this before we were in shock, we had read some prior reviews and decide to go in and see for our self , We are so pleased we did , the therapy…
Top notch , we looked around everywhere before placing our 87 year old mother , from the First person we met at front desk this place seemed like it was gonna be the facility of choice ,super clean smelled good and as time went on we met the nursing staff , therapist and all the senior administrators, they truly care about their folks, even after first few weeks they had us come in and do a care meeting will all senior staff no place had ever done this before we were in shock, we had read some prior reviews and decide to go in and see for our self , We are so pleased we did , the therapy department is phenomenal, the time and patience they have with seniors out marks anywhere we have been , and we have had to do therapy at other facilities in longview who had a ( great rating and we were let down in several ways . Also the walked us through understanding Medicare /Medicade which can be very confusing if you are new to all this . So please go in and visit for your self before you read a certain review or hear anything negative , we are so fortunate and blessed we did .When it comes to rehab or long term care for our parents we all want the best … I give Treviso Transitional Care 10 stars if I could … thank you to all the team
I started at Treviso Transitional Care after a back surgery that left me unable to move from the waist down. The physical therapy department really worked with me patiently, encouraging me step by step. Fast forward 6 months, and thanks to the dedication of Joshua Baker and his team, I am now able to walk with minimal assistance. I recently had a shoulder replacement surgery, and I am about to entrust the occupational therapy to get my arm and shoulder back in shape. I love going to my outpatient therapy at Treviso, where I am challenged, yet supported.
My mother recently fell and sustained a left hip fracture. She had to have surgery and went to Treviso for rehabilitation. Because of her weight bearing precautions, she needed a place to transition to get stronger, learn how to maneuver steps and perform her ADLs. My mother loved the PT and OT. She recently discharged and was able to go home. The facility is a clean and well kept place. My mom had a private room that was large enough for myself or sisters to stay with her if we needed. Housekeeping was okay. The food was okay. Nursing was above average for a nursing rehabilitation facility.…
Nursing was above average for a nursing rehabilitation facility. If my mother needed ANYTHING, Wendy and Jan were there to help. We are very grateful for Treviso. Thank you for providing exceptional therapy and nursing care for her to reach her goals and eventually go home!!
Very kind and professional staff. Excellent rehab department. Would recommend to anyone needing Rehab or long term care services.
They took wonderful care of my father. When he passed away the staff did an amazing job and cared about us
The only good thing about this place was Bonnie, she was very caring and took good care of my dad when he was there. If it weren’t for her he might not be alive today. When we got to the hospital yesterday, she told me that he needed to go to the hospital, my dad went and when he got there he was almost septic. He almost died. I will never let my dad go to another one of these places. And also, I was called up there to a care plan meeting, I go in there and there’s five women all with their computers . They gave me information that was incorrect, they were very uncarin and robotic like. And one of my dad’s bottles of cleanser that I bought from the med shop came up missing. The aides were very very rude to the families too.
The staff at Treviso is very caring. They all try so hard to please. They were kind and attentive. I highly recommend.
An amazing family like environment, residents are so entertained thanks to the activities, nursing and therapy really cares about the people living there.
