They are a non-profit (but, what charity do they provide to non-affluent residents?). They appear to be expanding into Kite Farms, where they would not pay property taxes due to being a ‘non-profit’. I’d like to know the percent of residents under their care who receive ‘charity’.

This is a nice upscale retirement facility. The cost to get in, has doubled over the last 5 years. Rent has doubled over the last 5 years. Everyone is nice that I have talked to and the residents all seem to know Everyone. It is a nice place but be ready for them to empty your wallet.

Great staff! Atmosphere is great!

My mom and dad moved to Trinity Terrace over 15 years ago and have been through the progression of independent living, skilled nursing, and memory care. It has been wonderful that a single place could accommodate all of these phases with a seamless transition.

We get to Do gigs in Trinity Terrace every 2nd Wed or the Month. The Staff are Beautiful inside and out esp on the 2nd floor. We love Darla. The Kitchen even celebrated my boss on her 74 birthday day over a year ago

Very nice retirement home

Very nice super high end. Luxurious is the feeling you will get walking through here. The concierge is super nice and super helpful, and obviously patient, as first time visitors will need questions answered, and this is not an ordinary apartment with bldg numbers. Residents i spoke to love the place and they definitely get what they pay for.

Retirement, entertainment and good people say no more!
