My Mom was there for 3 years. I always felt that she had excellent care. The staff was great about notifying me if she needed anything or if there were concerns.

As a nurse with patients at the facility, I’ve experienced employees who are attentive to my patients needs, knowledgeable about signs/symptoms of decline and quick to report them, and have a genuine relationship with each and every resident. I recommend Trinity Timbers to all my caregivers looking for a place their loved one will be truly cared for.

My experience with Trinity TImbers has always been good and positive with the ED (Robin) and her staff. They always have been friendly, caring and such a loving environment when I entered the building. Thank you for all that you do!

I moved into Trinity Timbers Assisted Living Facilities Sept 4 2021 bc I was falling a lot and it was the best thing I could have done ! I rarely fall bc I was given a walker. Next the food is very good. Also the employees take great care of us , cleaning our rooms , washing and folding our clothes, and helping us when we need it I love living here’ and highly recommend it to anyone who needs to live in ah assisted living facility! I think I of Trinity Timbers as my Home Sweet Home! I moved into Trinity Timbers September 4 2021 because I was falling often in my apt .I needed a safe place to live .Thankfully I found that at Trinity Timbers ! The people who work here are dedicated to our care and safety .I have become friends with several of the employees here .We maintain professional boundaries however so our friendship doesn't interfere with their work duties .I live in my own room and have privacy .I had a period of adjustment at first because I hated the dorm in college .This is similar to a dorm in my opinion .However the longer I am here the better I like it .Plus the food is very good .I plan to live here the rest of my life. When I think of Trinity Timbers what comes to mind is HOME SWEET HOME !Richard England

This facility is the Worst in East Texas DO NOT leave you family at this facility, The Ed Robin is extremely Rude and DOES NOT know how to talk to people super unprofessional especially for an Executive Director I came with my Family to tour the facility for my Grandmother and She was very rude to my family as well as her employees that day she had us waiting for 30 minutes while she continued to discipline her staff who we seen were caring for residents and very polite to my family and she continued and walk back in her office complaining about she can’t wait to get them out of here walked back in her office and slammed the Door so she called one employee by the name of Vanessa into her office and complained to her about the other employees as well as Vanessa talking about them too, she had Vanessa come tell us to hold on but we politely told her we will just go somewhere else

We toured Trinity Timbers Assisted Living. They had a really good and friendly staff. You can tell they had good care providers, and they really care. The place was really clean. It had a fresh environment. They had a little patio, and they had a game room for the elderly. They had an activities coordinator, and they had games. They had a lot of stuff for a small community. It's a smaller place than other places here in Longview, but you can just tell this was more of a low-key place. They probably have anywhere from 11 to 13 residents, versus other places where they have 30 or 40 residents. You can tell the residents got a little bit more one-on-one care that they can provide.

The life care people comes in to check on loved one, each week. The interaction with the staff, has been great. The staff greets us and knows us by name when we visit. According to, my loved one the food and care is good. My loved one likes to have quiet time and likes to read . It is a community, with a smaller number of residents. Overall, it is good value for the money.

I am in Trinity Timbers often to check in on my hospice patients. The facility is always clean and the residents always seem happy to be there. They provide excellent care to my patients.
