We had a disappointing encounter with a Nora via phone call. She is very disrespectful and very rude and it's not the first time this had happen. Regardless of how stressful or busy the job may be family members deserve to be treated with courtesy and kindness. We had a disappointing encounter with a Nora via phone call. She is very disrespectful and very rude and it's not the first time this had happen. Regardless of how stressful or busy the job may be family members deserve to be treated with courtesy and kindness. I am sharing this experience in the hope that it encourages positive changes and helps improve the quality of care and customer service for future patients and family members at Villas Del Sol Assisted Living. I hope she gets re-trained or talked to. Nora needs to learn to treat people with respect. Thank You
My mom was a patient here for a few years. She received the most excellent care. The staff was patient and kind. Although she didn't care for the food, there were always accomodations made for her. She was always clean as well as the facility is always clean. Her most favorite person as well as my daughters and mine is Jessica. Shes very kind and is an amazing person. Thank you for all the care and love you-all have showed my mom.
Very unreliable.... director Nora never returned my phone calls or messages....very unprofessional

My church group visits this nursing home often and we've always seen everyone treated with love, dignity and respect. Nora who is in charge of outreach goes above and beyond to have events frequently for the residents. Keep up the good work! It takes very special people to do this type of work and we thank you for doing it so lovingly.
My grandma is a patient here and they called my family last night to let us know she had passed away and the. Called us back 5 minutes later to let us know it wasnt even her is was a male patient
