3.2 · 9 reviewsThe current administrator isn’t compassionate when it comes to the residents or employees. Looks like there’s bedbugs all over the building except her office. People are giving out the wrong medicine to the wrong residents and they hardly get a slap on the wrist. The neglect is unbelievable! Bring back the old administration.
Vincent Victoria is the place to be. Good hospitality and great employees
Apparently some of the employees are rude to the residents here do not care for them. They yell at them, call them names let residents walk out, steal everything from personal belongings to their medications. It’s very ghetto, and half the residents are better off somewhere else where they can get proper care. Sometimes employees fall asleep on the couch but don’t even lock the door at night.

As an Uber driver dropping off one of their tenants, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The woman who’s supposedly watching the front was sleeping so my tenant couldn’t get in at night. Find better staff.
This place is very unprofessional with there board of directors and none speaking English staff. Only care about dollar aigns..
My Dad said his stay was excellent. Everyone made him feel welcome. This place is more than 5 stars.
