Vista del Mar Health and Rehabilitation

The experience was one, I’ll never forget. There isn’t any sympathy for the families that are already going through the emotions for the loved ones. The staff needs proper training on how to speak to families when asked questions. There rude, unprofessional, and only there to keep the patient “comfortable”. I will never forget how they treated my brother and family at the end. When he passed, minutes later they were already knocking on the door to recover his body to clean the room up for the next patient. Speaking to administration didn’t fix any problems. They acted in response to “ We’re here to fix any issue you may have,” but the results remained the same. Regardless of my review, once your loved one is here we know what’s going to happen. My point here is, the staff isn’t there to guide you through, you will see them come in and out to insert what will later lay them to rest and once it’s over, it’s to the next. My advice, train your staff to have mixed emotions every now in then...

Awesome staff!!

I’m not at all surprised someone has questioned this place as fraud - this place is a joke ! Everyone keep your loved ones away - and take care of them at home - if they talk to customers rude can you sit and think for a minute how they talk to the elderly ? There is NO question In my mind they are hateful staff ! The lack of customer service and professionalism is what will drive this place into the ground! Your “ loved ones “ are not there in “ great care”

Horrible place ,lots of roaches,and smells bad, unfriendly staff, just want money from you.

My father recently passed away and Vista Del Mar has avoided any attempt to clear up my fathers personal monetary account that the nursing home had in trust for him. They have repeatedly given false information and mistruths about the status and availability of funds. They do not honor their word and I believe fraud is being perpetrated on a larger scale than just my experience.
