Watermere at Frisco is a place overflowing with kindness - from the staff to the residents. The management is truly dedicated to keeping the environment beautiful, peaceful, and full of joy. Trevor Shawber, the Executive Director, and Ryan in Sales are indispensable when it comes to how well the place is run and how pleasant the atmosphere is. They know the residents by name, and they have an open door policy if you need them. My mom had to move away, but her stay at Watermere was top-notch. We will be forever grateful for how well they and the rest of the staff treated her. It is truly a…

Trevor Shawber, the Executive Director, and Ryan in Sales are indispensable when it comes to how well the place is run and how pleasant the atmosphere is. "My uncle lives here and we have had a positive experience with this facility. Their executive staff is both professional and caring. They keep things well manicured inside and out. Their food is comparable to a top-line restaurant. I would encourage any prospective applicant to take a tour and learn about their outstanding schedule of activities and all they have to offer."

Watermere is a beautiful complex with very nice and helpful staff at all levels. My mom's apartment - a 2 bed, 2 bath - was very spacious and nicely laid out. She was on the ground floor with direct patio / garden access. The parking garage is secure. The spaces a bit tight but I'm a nervous parker anyway. I have not eaten there but I believe you can try the dining as part of the tour process. Trevor Shawber (ED) was particularly helpful upon my mom's passing.
What are Frisco is an outstanding upscale senior community with a warm hospitality-driven team! Polite, knowledgeable, staff and excellent leadership make a point to meet their new executive director Trevor. Stablier ---he exactly who this community needs!
I did not sign a lease for Watermere but got the impression it is a nice place for anyone considering independent living.
My delicious dinner was temporarily interrupted. The server, Cooper, reheated my dinner so I could finish. The people at the table were interesting and friendly, the service was great, the decorations were lovely, and even better, the food was super! Thanks Watermere for a beautiful Christmas dinner.
