Waterton Plaza at Cowhorn Creek

We have had zero issues here. No problems with the quality of care and responsiveness of staff. Very pleased with the quality of care that has been provided so far. Our loved one is always neat and clean, even when we pop in for a surprise visit. Nobody wants to have to be in a nursing facility, but this is one of the better ones.

DO NOT take your love one there for recovery. This place only cares about the mo ey they receive. I really can't say anything bad about the staff. The majority are fine, but it's the practices and not caring about recovery to some what full functionality. Horrible recovery services.

Very poorly run. One CNA was very disrespectful and rude to residents and all they did was “take care of it” yet she was still there and continued with the same disrespect. Roaches in one resident’s room which came out at night which they ‘claimed’ was taken care of yet were still there. They say they have activities for residents but they are very poorly run because of lack of resources allocated. Please do not take your loved ones here!!!

The care that is provided is Exceptional!! From the time you walk in the facility is clean and smells good. Residents look well taken care of. The staff are friendly and professional. The DON and Administrator have a heart of gold. I am in this facility at least once per week and the care is consistent, professional and they take pride in their facility. If I were to ever have to go to a facility make sure I make it to the Waterton

No one answers the phones when u get there their sitting at the desk eating on their phones or just not there housekeeping is just as bad EVERYONE has their favorites and it is so obvious just a money grab they dont care about the patients its their income the people that work there are there for a paycheck and none of them have any interest in the patients
