Horrible place. Please don't take your love one to this facility. The nurses on the long term care side are very abusive and negligent. Dont even think about putting a complaint to the director of nursing LINDA!! she is as horrible and cruel as the rest of the staff. They'will see the life of your love one as a $ sign not as a person with human value. They treated my Grandfather with a high level of disrespect and cruelty. Worst place I've been, the nurses have horrible attitudes and no patience whatsoever! I have had two of my family members here and when I would come to visit their urostomy bags would be full and the nurses wouldn't change it for hours, and thier urine would go up the tube because of how full the bag was, not good at all. Very disappointed with this place.

Business office cannot seem to confirm something as simple as Medicaid benefits, which created all sorts of problems. They are evicting my mother next week, and I am not sure if it is maliciouness, incompetence, or some other problem.
