One of the standout features of this facility is the excellent staff-to-resident ratio. It is clear that the management understands the importance of individualized attention and care. The staff members were attentive, responsive, and readily available whenever needed. No request or concern was too big or small for them, and they consistently demonstrated a genuine desire to enhance the lives of the residents. Moreover, the homelike facility was thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and familiar environment vs being in a row of apartments with a continuously revolving staff. The living spaces were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It was apparent that there is a true sense of belonging and security within the facility. Westgate stands as a shining example of what an exceptional senior living facility should be. The genuine care, personalized attention, and welcoming atmosphere provides residents a place to call home. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone in need of senior living, assisted living, or hospice services.
