Along with being Business Office Manager is just as amazing—professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with any concerns or paperwork, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the residents and each other, creating a warm, positive environment that truly feels like home. Knowing your loved one is surrounded by such amazing caregivers brings real peace of mind. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a place where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and exceptional care.

I can’t say enough great things about this nursing home! The staff truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make them feel loved, safe, and respected. The activities are amazing great job to Julia Rios and they keep everyone engaged, entertained, and social. It’s wonderful to see residents smiling, laughing, and participating every day. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and full of compassion. You can tell the staff put their hearts into what they do, and it makes such a positive difference in the lives of the residents. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated like family.

This place has some amazing staff and provide excellent care. The rooms are clean and inviting. The management team is very attentive and truly compassionate. Each time I have visited everyone is welcoming and helpful. Great place overall.

This report is from the information that my sister provided me over the last week or so that our dad was in the care here before he passed the other day. This was a much better place than the one he was in previously in Victoria. She also let me know that the staff here at Whispering Oaks was way better and nicer than where he was at prior. As well, she did mention a night employee there that was named Dakota, and had nothing but nice things to say about how much that Dakota seemed to care about his job. Thank you all for taking care of him in his final days, and I only wish I had the ability to have been there at the end. I am just glad that my father had good people to look after him for the end.
