Nice looking in side.
It’s one of the best facility that I’ve been to in the states the ambiance there is awesome the environment and the atmosphere there is amazing there entrance smells fresh and sweet they have wonderful employees and there very welcoming to visitors and the carpets are very clean you can feel the comfort when you enter the building they have great choices of menu and the residents there are also friendly individuals
We chose Whiterock Court because of the price. It was nicer for the money than the other facility we saw. They are changing owners, so we are waiting to see what changes that brings.
They are undergoing management changes, so it has slowed a few things down, but overall my grandmother is thrilled with the food and the care and the people!
The facility has been recently remodeled and is pretty nice. Also, it's located in a pretty wooded area. The administrative staff is unorganized and not very proficient. As examples, the monthly rent bill does not always arrive, this year's rent increase was not put in any kind of contract update. The biggest negative however is the quality and process for meals. Even given my negative comments above, for the money it's a pretty good option.
Such a beautiful place. Jeri is always engaged with the residents.
There is a new chef at Whiterock Court-Sky Activing Living. This chef is an award winning chef with a positive mind set. He has made many improvements with the menu. Also, he builds relationships with the residents while listening to their feedback.
It's been very shakey. But there seem to be improvements lately. If the improvements hold and are consistent, I would say most people like being there. The value is good for price. [fee removed]/ month for a two-bedroom for two people plus two pets. Can't complain! Food has just improved with new chef.
