So my mom spent 5 days at willowbend. I sent her aspirin and tylenol i got them back (They said they used their own). Along with all my other meds. I hope she got her heart meds. They lost her hoodie. (In photo). 2nd time wearing it. Kept her in a bed all day. Really Didn't bathe her for 3 days. Sponge me the other 2 days. She was just a visitor and Angel hospice was responsible for her care I was told they would check on her over the weekend but miscommunication. It saddened me to know that they couldn't take care of her for 5 day. I could say more but it was only 5 days (that's bad enough).…

Follow up: They still haven't found her clothes that was loss but offered to replace it. They were apologetic and advised its usually not that way. So I guess. Things happen. Mistakes were made. Hopefully it won't happen again.
In May 2026 I stayed at Willow Bend my personal comparison of other Rehabilitation in the area that was the best. The folks working there Actually cared about the patients and the needs of the patient very attentive very responsive. They do their best. Well it’s a very high employee to patient ratio. Everybody is busy. Everybody is keeping an eye out. It was a pleasant surprise for other rehab. I’ve been in in the area so hope this helps I give it five stars.
I was admitted to Willowben back in September after having knee surgery. Anything negative I came across the staff worked hard and fixed right away. I have to get the left knee done and I will be there again. I love the staff and the food was awesome. I highly recommend Willowben for Rehab purposes. They are GREAT. Shot out to all the staff. Love you guys.
The caring staff helped put my siblings and me at ease while our mother was there. The attention to her treatment and the shared updates to her progress went far and beyond our expectations. The fun organized events were a great way to get my mother out of her room and socialize with others was a blessing. Kudos to the entire team!
My mom had a rehabilitation stay after being hospitalized for the flu. The staff was friendly and took good care of her. She was able to get stronger with the therapy and was able to go back to her home. Thank you!!!!!
Willowbend Nursing and Rehabilitation is a wonderful facility with a team that truly cares about their residents. The staff is consistently attentive, compassionate, and focused on providing a safe and supportive environment. They take the time to make sure residents feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for, which really stands out. The facility itself is extremely well-run, and it’s clear that the team works hard to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both residents and families. You can tell they take pride in the care they provide and the relationships they build. Overall, Willowbend is a place where residents are treated with dignity and kindness, and that makes all the difference.
I was leary about my husband staying at Willowbend from reading some of the reviews. After his being there for respite care twice and long term for two months, he was well taken care of. He was given a large private room which included bathroom and shower. The facility was kept clean and the monthly decorations throughout the buildiblngwere fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful
I went and toured the building, it was so y welcoming walking in. Everyone was so nice . Residents were well groomed and smiling and enjoying their Lunch . I had the opportunity to speak with the Director of Nursing , she was very helpful with and answering my many questions .I will be recommending the Willowbend to family and friends if they need a place for the love ones . Long term or short term.
