The nurses were awesome and the cna's were great also some went above and beyond never made me feel uncomfortable Therapy team was also awesome they never pushed me they worked with me if I wasn't feeling it still did my excercises but at my pace thank you all

I am very grateful for the exceptional care and compassion provided by the staff at this nursing home. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely concerned about the well-being of the residents. The caregivers, nurses, and support staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity and respect. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers a positive, caring environment that gives families peace of mind. It is clear that the staff truly care about the people they serve, and their kindness and professionalism make a meaningful difference every day. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one. I especially want to take the time to thank Daisy Vara for making us feel welcomed and walking us through the entire process. Thank you so much.

Management has been dismissive and disrespectful toward staff, and there are ongoing issues with a lack of necessary supplies. The facility also has a serious cockroach infestation that does not appear to be properly addressed. Instead of taking accountability and resolving these concerns, management seems more focused on covering themselves. The conditions are unacceptable and raise serious concerns about the safety and well-being of both staff and residents. Immediate action needs to be taken to address these issues. I was relieved to have my father home and recovering in a better environment.

WROST PLACE EVER! Staff does not respond to nurse call buttons. Never rotates patients that are bed ridden. My brother (paralyzed from the neck down) has bed sores from this place that have not healed because they never move him. Place is so dirty. Every time I go in to see him unannounced his room is completely dirty with floor has not been swept for days. SIL has to constantly ask for help on behalf of my brother because they never answer his calls or tend to him. She also sweeps up and cleans his area when staff neglects to do so. He contracted a Multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter in his wounds and pneumonia from this dirty place and the health workers that do not practice good sanitation procedures.
