The staff is polite but not attentive. They choose not to respond when the patient needs attention. The facility receieves a lot of money. The food is terrible and administrators seem not to care about the patients. My mother in law has been there for 2 years. She spends hours laying in her own feces. Can not recommend this place.
This place is absolutely amazing! Not only is the staff wonderful, but the facility itself is always clean, welcoming, and has such a warm atmosphere. I especially want to give a special shout-out to the administrator, Francisco Dominguez. He is incredibly attentive, caring, and compassionate not only with the patients, but with their families as well. You can truly tell that he cares about the people in his facility and takes the time to make sure everyone feels heard and taken care of. I highly recommend this facility!
The staff that took care of my mom when she was at rehab were wonderful. The ladies at rehab that pushed her limits to help her to be able to walk and move again were amazing. The nurses and aides on Wing 1 were awesome. 👏
My grandmother had a wonderful stay at W. Calallen. The staff were very friendly and attentive to her needs. Thank you for all your support Calallen!!
I had a good experience at Windsor while rehabilitating from my surgery. The employees were nice and helpful. I would especially like to recognize the Physical Therapy team for helping me get ready to go home.
I had the privilege of meeting Miss Brenda S She was very nice today 10 out of 10 customer service. She was actually polite in my opinion in this industry and in nursing care industry it’s kind of hard because people don’t understand that when you’re overstimulated and overwhelmed you just need somebody to be patient and she was 10 out of 10 she answered all my questions and if I had any concerns, she told me to call back and she would help me. I would give her a Daisy star recommendation.
I love the staff working in the daytime they are so nice.Thank you, brittany and hailey you guys are so helpful. And this place needs more people like you , you guys treat me like a friend. And not just somebody at work!!
Their nonchalantness about the patients wellbeing is VERY alarming and it worries me. Their lack of excuses and normalizing why someone fell OR why they are not able to always make sure something is being done(like basic necessities) is heartbreaking and left me very emotional and distraught.
