4.9 · 21 reviewsI moved my Mom here from Houston and she couldn't be happier. The management and staff are wonderful, always willing to go out of there way to make you feel like you are home. For a 55+ community, Woodland Cottages has everything you need, and the community of resident's welcome you with open arms like you are part of the family.
Staff, Kristen, Sally and Reuben Are excellent staff. Staff is really an understatement. They go above and beyound to make this place a great place for seniors to live!

It is a wonderful place to live, it is like having your very own home and no need to handle your landscaping, nor your maintenance!! It can be considered one of the best retirement places for 55 and above. The staff is dedicated and always ready to assist. It’s modern yet warm. So many parties and fun events, hard to keep up with them all. So many welcoming families and friends to meet and make. It’s a joy to live here in a one of a kind home—like in Fredericksburg, TX.
I leased a beautiful Woodlands cottage without knowing that the best things here are the people, residents and staff. Both are friendly, fun, and always helpful. With her management and people skills, Kristen has this place running in a pleasant and steady way. Each blip is met with poise and extra effort. I am blessed to now call this my home.
My husband and I are very blessed to be residents in Fredericksburg Woodland Cottages. Love our cozy, yet sizable cottage with large front porch and fenced back yard conducive to visiting our friendly neighbors. Our Director, Kristen, is not only a very capable administrator, she is very caring and attentive to our needs. Couldn’t ask for more.
I am perfectly happy at Woodland Cottages with my dog and cats, my three sons! I have been here almost 2 years and hope to stay for many more. Both neighbors and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Should I need help in any way I am not afraid to ask.
I have had nothing but great experiences with the Woodland cottages of Fredericksburg. The property is Phenomenal with so many amenities and kept up beautifully. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
