[name removed] the sales representative here is just a gem, she truly is a germ and is always upbeat and never steps out of line. I do wish they had some kind of a welcoming packet or even a welcoming person to help get your acclimated to the area, when I first moved in I was very confused and had no idea who to reach out to for questions. I would recommend this community to other families based on my experience so far.

Maintenance has been very slow to respond from what I have observed and heard from my loved one. Overall I would for sure recommend Affinity at South Park Meadows for active seniors.

Elevator was broken and couldn't see the room I wanted. Very nice staff, very courteous.

I liked the community; however, it is near a busy street. It is near a shopping center.

This is the first 55+ apartment complex I have lived in. I have been living here for the past 6 months. The apartment complex and grounds are very well maintained by a friendly staff. The brochure about the physical amenities is pretty spot on, though the pool and spa have now been closed for over a month. There are some planned daily activities including crafts, games and light sports through the week for those willing or those capable of participating in them. The rent includes all the utilities including WIFI (good enough to use Roku or Amazon fire stick), the apartments are fairly small (about 612 square feet on average). There are a large number of retail stores within walking distance, many here walk or use electric scooters to go across the street to a Target and strip stores. The apartment complex does not have a cafeteria or organized bus services. There are are large numbers here dealing with loneliness, loss of loved ones and growing frailty.

I toured Affinity and it was a nice facility, this one was actually my second choice. They were fully staffed and everyone was very friendly. They also had an indoor pool which I liked.

Dogs are in the hallways. I keep finding poops. Only 2 males on maintenance. They seem to be seen ragged but get things done. When we moved in, there was a doggie odor - have to keep AC at 73 not to smell it.

Unsafe! Too many robberies, too noisy!! Rooms not insulated well!! Too expensive. Too confined behind walls. Rude residents. Too many unstable people. Not enough elevators. Halls too long. Homeless people in the area. Deaths often here. Roof leaks. Rats on patio.
