My dad’s speech therapist is top notch. Amber is absolutely amazing and cares about her patients
My papa is currently in the 2 floor rehab and his speech therapist is the bomb I forgot if her name is amber or Amanda.
Shea and others are so AWESOME. Very compassionate on Rehab side. Notary on staff. Chapel Room VERY CLEAN NO bad smells Great parking. Clean parking area.
The se and floor staff is not good especially the day time staff. They were super rough with my mother and pulled her pants up so hard that it hurt her between her legs. They take for ever to come when the nurse button is pushed and forever to get meds when she was in pain.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Providence Village . From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this was a place where compassion, professionalism, and true care are at the heart of everything they do. The staff here are absolutely incredible—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to the well-being of every resident. They treated my loved one like family, with respect and kindness that went far beyond our expectations. Whether it was medical care, emotional support, or just friendly conversation, they were always there. The facility itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and feels more like a cozy community than a care center. The activities and programs they offer are enriching and engaging, keeping residents mentally stimulated and socially connected. The meals are also nutritious and thoughtfully prepared, with attention to dietary needs and personal preferences. Most importantly, we had peace of mind knowing that our loved one was safe, happy, and truly cared for. We are forever grateful to the entire team at Providence Village for the love and dedication they show every single day. If you're looking for a place where your family member will be respected, supported, and truly thrive—this is it.
I got here at 8:30 am to visit and sit with a loved one. The CNA was sitting there on her phone. Not helping her eat her breakfast, and I told her I would feed her. I'm looking at her, she had all kinds of food in her blankets, and clothes. She had not been bathed, I asked and the CNA said she would check She came back and said "she's on my list to get bathed today". We'll, she got there Friday 8/1 and it's now 8/5 without being bathed!! Room was filthy nasty, I asked for a broom so I could at least sweep and the nurse said "I'll get housekeeping" 10:30 am, no bath or housekeeping. If only we could put cameras in our loved ones rooms to see if they get the care or NO CARE! I have videos that would not let me upload on here.
My experience at the village was wonderful and everyone was very kind and helpful if ever have to do this again I want to return here
I have been under Amber's guidance for about 4 months now and I am convinced that God sent her to guide me. I have worked with other therapist's in the past and never had the care and teaching me. Amber is the best.
