The Delaney had so many things we could do as we learned from one another and that was very important. It gave the elders access to a variety of things to do and not just be contained to a room. I loved the freedom the elders have even if it is within the Delaney. They also provided meals for us when we visited and an end of the semester celebration. The Delaney is such a great place! Everyone you interact with there are so kind and helpful! They truly care for their residents there and always are looking for ways to keep everyone active and involved with different activities! Randi Green is also so amazing there, so helpful and kind!

I am beyond words at the level of care, love and compassion my MIL has received. The transition was as smooth as we had prayed for. The staff have stayed in constant contact with us, keeping us updated on her progress even including pictures. From the beginning, first tour, and the process of leading up to finally determining it was time for the move, the entire staff at The Delaney are beyond excellent. I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful, interactive, safe and loving place for the woman who has always been loving and kind to us. Thank you!
The Delaney has been such a wonderful place for our community. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by the kindness and genuine care the staff shows to the residents. Mary Jane, Lori, Kim, and Alicen - the entire staff - are truly exceptional. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued, engaged, and at home. Their compassion, patience, and dedication don’t go unnoticed. It’s clear they love what they do, and it makes all the difference!
It feels like home! I love the beautiful views from my living room and bedroom, as well as my patio. I have made new friends, and enjoy dining with them in the lovely dining room. The food is consistently delicious and varied. The residents are from many states, not just Texas. We enjoy good conversation, especially at meal time.
I have had a wonderful experience with this assisted living community. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. The facility is clean, welcoming, and provides a safe, comfortable environment. Communication with families is excellent, and the team consistently goes above and beyond to meet residents’ needs. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality care and compassionate support for their loved one.
Living at Delaney at Lake Waco has been a great experience for the past year. The kindness and friendliness of the staff and residents is evident every day. Plus, we have many activities and music to keep us busy!! The Wellness Program is especially important for me in my 90s!! Hats off to the Delaney community for making me feel welcome.
