We were able to place my mother-in-law in one Assisted living and my parents in another location all within 4 months. It has been a whirlwind to say the least!! Alane coordinated the tours of both locations, took care of all of the details and went with us to make sure everything went smoothly and to guide us to ask the right questions. Alane = Hands down one of the most patient and understanding human beings!! We were able to place my mother-in-law in one Assisted living and my parents in another location all within 4 months. Alane coordinated the tours of both locations, took care of all of the details and went with us to make sure everything went smoothly and to guide us to ask the right questions. She answered endless questions via text, email, phone calls. She was always very attentive and took our questions and concerns seriously. With tackling such huge decisions with our parents well-being, we felt heard and cared for throughout the process. I just cannot say enough good things!!! So very grateful!

I can’t say enough about how Elaine Roberts assisted us in our search for a long-term care facility for my husband. We had looked at a few prior to connecting with her, but were not finding a setting we desired. She was careful to assess our needs and found us the perfect home in a time efficient manner. Her knowledge saved as much frustration and time. Highly recommend reaching out to her when needed.
I am not sure I can truly explain how helpful Alane was when we found ourselves in an urgent need to find a good place for my dad. She is so caring and knows these facilities so well. I couldn’t imagine trying to figure this all out on my own.
