Every time I visit, this places is clean, the staff is very helpful and my loved one receives excellent care.
My sister was there for a little over two years. As she grew weaker, her nurses were amazing! Her later days she was cared for as their own family. She loved the outings, trips to Walmart and HEB weekly, then all the little extra trips to luncheons, plays at the High School, book stores, you name it. The food was amazing, I encourage you to add your name to the list and join your loved one for a meal or two. TRC was always clean, little extra coffee bar in the lobby, Astro and Texan games on the big screen and everyone treated you as family. Thanks Tasha (director) and Madelyn (head nurse)…

Best move I ever made. I absolutely LOVE it here
Tomball Retirement Center is a very caring, family oriented place. There have been many great recent improvements. Staffing is friendly, knowledgeable and the residents are comfortable. One our dad called home here for over 2 1/2 years until his recent passing, which without our TRC family would not have gone as smoothly as it did. The team there is attentive and in times when it really mattered to us and his health declined, they were always providing good information and coordination with our needs. Everyone. Above and beyond. Could not imagine dad living anywhere else. We are extremely thankful and grateful for everyone at TRC.
Had an issue with a/c repair and food concerns. My issues were promptly addressed and issues are being looked at. The staff is extremely friendly and The facility is always clean.
I visited Tomball Retirement Center and toured their assisted living. What I saw was a lot of caring people around, and residents who were able to do what they wanted to do. Some of them were just walking around, some were playing games, and some were in their rooms. It's just a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff was very nice and good, and very helpful. The facility is clean. There were different sizes of rooms, and the layout was very nice. I was impressed with it.
My mom has lived there for almost three years. She is not the type to join in to activities, but she feels safe and comfortable in her little apartment. We have always found the staff to be kind and knowledgeable -- whether in the housekeeping, food, or health care departments. The nurses have listened to me when I had questions about medications, and even when I am feeling a little stressed about managing my mom's care. Staff has also helped me find any outside resources I need. Unlike some other residents, my mom does not find the lunches and dinners to be that wonderful, but that's okay. She does love the breakfast and there are always healthy snacks available. I can bring her my home cooking, but I could never manage her health needs 24/7 the way that the staff does. The assurance I feel about her care outweighs any minor drawback. :)
