Avanti Senior Living at Flower Mound

Avanti has done a wonderful job taking care of my dad. The staff cultivates a fun and caring atmosphere. Tiffani engages the residents in fun games, she gets the residents to laugh and participate with her high energy and sense of humor. Ken is very kind and so patient, always helpful. I also want to mention how wonderful Lisa, Jae, Erica, Josh, Nico and Kaveon are. They provide such a fun atmosphere and great communication with my family.

I cannot recommend Avanti Senior Living at Flower Mound for memory care under any circumstances. My father experienced repeated neglect, including poor hygiene care, inconsistent medication management, and being left in soiled adult briefs for long periods. His room and bathroom were rarely cleaned, and laundry was frequently mishandled with belongings often going missing. There were also multiple instances where he was not checked on for extended periods, including after falls and in the mornings after not being checked on a single time during the night. Staff turnover was constant, and many of the caregivers were often disengaged and distracted to say the least. Despite repeatedly raising urgent concerns, nothing improved. Hospice involvement was necessary to ensure he received basic care and supervision. I had a 24/7 camera in his room so you would think they'd have been more diligent knowing I could see and record all that was going on. I can only imagine the neglect for those who have no camera and no advocate. This facility did not provide the safe, consistent care that memory care residents require.

My family had a wonderful experience with Avanti Senior Living. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The team is compassionate, professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy, safe, and treated with dignity. The community is clean, beautiful, and offers engaging activities that help residents stay active and connected. It gives families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are receiving excellent care in a warm and caring environment. I highly recommend Avanti Senior Living to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care for a loved one. The staff truly treats residents like family, and it shows in everything they do. I have nothing but high praise for Avanti and their staff of professionals. Making a decision on a place for your loved ones to live out their sunset years is a very hard decision. Even harder is finding one that provides not only a well maintained facility as well as a compassionate and caring staff. I have been fortunate to have found Avanti and I highly recommend them for consideration when deciding on a place for your loved ones to live. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lisa Daniels and the entire team at Avante Assisted Living Memory Care. Lisa has been absolutely incredible with my mom. She is always attentive, compassionate, and truly goes above and beyond every single day. The care and attention my mother receives means the world to our family. Lisa always makes sure my mom is comfortable, cared for, and treated with dignity and kindness. From helping with bathing and dressing to making sure she is safely settled into bed at night, the level of care is exceptional. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my mother is in such loving and capable hands. Lisa deserves to be recognized for her dedication, patience, and genuine compassion.
