This place was great! Very attentive and caring. Adrienne was fantastic during day with my mom. Mary, was great and she assisted us on the weekend! Jessica was amazing on the evening shift. Also, Eva (not sure which one because there are two “Eva’s”) was able to answer any questions I had regarding my mom’s medication. The food was good too, except when they had bratwurst and cabbage 😁! Thank you to all the staff at Cross Timbers Rehab, they made the situation a little less stressful.
Cross Timbers is amazing! We had my mother in law here for rehab. The staff was very attentive to here needs and she love the food.
Cross Timbers Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is a wonderful facility with a caring and dedicated team. The management is great, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about their residents and staff. You can really see the effort that goes into making Cross Timbers a welcoming place for residents and their families. Highly recommend!
I have been meaning to make this post for years and finally getting around to it. In 2018 my dad went septic from a gastric sleeve surgery and was care flighted from our hometown of New Boston TX to Baylor Scott and white. He already had heart disease so he couldn't just be directly discharged from the hospital into my care. At the time I was living somewhat close to this facility and the hospital also suggested this place. It came highly recommended. They took phenomenal care of my dad and it was a very clean well taken care of facility. On September 21, 2018 I had the intentions of checking my daddy out for a couple hours so I could get married at a courthouse because his health was touch and go during this time. It was really important for my dad to be there. Unfortunately earlier that day my dad had an accident that caused his picc line to come out and he was also having a very severe allergic reaction to the antibiotics. They had to take him back to Baylor. I just kept hoping since it happened so early in the day that it would be resolved super quickly and we would still be able to make it to the court house (I bought a very expensive wedding dress lol and also had the date sewn into my husband's suit). Well unfortunately for us it ended up taking my dad ages at Baylor but he did get to go back to the rehabilitation facility. It was suggested to me to call them and just see if they'll let us get married there and they did! They were extremely accommodating as well. Let me get out in the emergency bay because it had also became a flood. I didn't have to walk across the whole facility in a huge wedding dress lol. I absolutely loved my wedding day even if it was in a rehabilitation facility. Not only did they let me get married there so my dad could be there but they also called me every day even if I went up there they would still call to tell me how my dad was doing until he was discharged. My dad has unfortunately passed in 2024 but I'm still thankful that this place gave me such great memories. I am going on 8 years of marriage next month and now have two amazing boys. Thank you Cross Timbers for the care you showed me and my family.
Bill is amazing! We always have experienced great patient care when he comes to our hospital. Thank you for making our days better.
On a recent visit of family friend staff were terrible to the residents yelling at them and each other. My friend had a large brown stain on her sheet and had not been changed. She said she had not been showered in 4 days but didn't want to tell the staff because she would get yelled at. I flagged down a staff member who looked at me in disgust and said it wasn't her day. Pretty building but staff are rude nor helpful
We switched from another local skilled nursing who almost killed my mom. Everyone on staff went above and beyond to welcome us and give my mom the utmost care. Communication was excellent. We never had an issue reaching anyone and Linda worked hard getting my mom released with all the equipment and care she needed! We were fortunate to find Cross Timbers!
