Karyl Thomas was referred to me by my Dad’s current living facility that is scheduled to close in the near future. The unexpected news caused undue stress and uncertainty. Karyl immediately jumped on board to advocate for my Dad and his current situation. She provided several options for us to tour, and as a result, one property reached out directly to me. I went to the tour with much apprehension, and left with overwhelming confidence that this was meant to be my Dad’s new home!
