Everyone at Avir Enchanted Rock have been absolutely comforting and professional that includes admins and staff
We have had a wonderful experience with Enchanted Rock! My husband was here for rehab and he had excellent care, the staff were so caring and therapy was great and now my long time friend is here and we love the care she is getting. She is so happy here. The thanksgiving feast was so wonderful! The food was amazing! We look forward to the Christmas dinner, we know it's going to be fabulous!
Great staff! Definitely recommend ❤️
I was so pleased and thankful to all the staff at Enchanted rock nursing home for taking care of my mom Maria Avalos on her stay there. If i ever need their services i Would take a family member there.
I am speaking on the behalf of the Cowart family. The food is excellent and the care is great!
Diane Fletcher- wanted me to speak on Behalf of the facility! That they were very happy with this place! And They recommend it to anybody that needs assistance! And most of all they LOVE the FOOD!!! 🤩 and the CARE!!!
Everyone was polite and friendly to me when I came to visit, but the place felt severely understaffed after six pm. The residents did not receive the same respect I was given, though, and this duality reveals a weakness in staff selection, or perhaps management policy: One staff member walked in on patients without knocking and for no apparent reason in the middle of the night. This behavior is suspicious, and makes me fear that theft or molestation may have been his motive. Hopefully, there is no reason for me to fear, but I understand how economics influences hiring. If courtesy is only offered to outsiders, what goes on when no one is watching? Healthcare should not be governed by profits.
I just wanted to take a minute and express my appreciation for the excellent food that I have enjoyed here at Avir Enchanted Rock. Excellence and extra effort should be acknowledged and rewarded. I am originally from Germany and I am always happy when the food takes me "home" I enjoyed schnitzel German potato salad and sautéed red cabbage. Thank you for all you do Dina for your residents. Your hard work shows in the meals you serve to us.
