Food was super tasty and fresh! Kitchen was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite.
Was rough first couple of days had a horrible roommate but ShaShonda head/floor nurse helped us the first night took a bit next day for another room and roommate and so much better...finding the right fit for the person coming in to be a roomier with is crucial very for good nights sleep and respect for others while in the facility is also very important . So thanks to ShaShonda he's in a good room with a considerate roomate. Now to just get items to progress in his stay for PT and he'll be up and home hopefully soon 🙏🙏🙏

When looking for places for our mother we went to tour 5 facilities all over South Austin. My last stop was Brodie Ranch . Pretty facility, seemed clean and lively . What really set this place apart and why we chose them though is because of the admissions manager. She listened, she showed empathy and respect. I immediately could tell by the way patients and families came up to her on our tour that she doesn’t just do admissions she is involved and compassionate about what she does. She genuinely cares about the building, staff and community. That is the type of care we want for my mother, people like that . We look forward to moving forward with Brodie Ranch. Thank you 🙏
