Such a beautiful facility, they genuinely care for you and your loved ones. The managers there are caring and willing to get out of their comfort to support residents. The staff are very helpful and will provide you with best care. The food their is out of this world, it's a high quality food. I highly recommend Lohman's Crossing.

Overall my wife and I are happy with the facility. The turnover is as expected and causing issues with the med management. However, the performance of the permanent personnel is exceptional. My mother is a handful to deal with and the proximity to our house is paramount. As a whole we are satisfied with the level of care shown. I do however hope the owner puts some facility repairs in the next years budget. A simple paint jobs inside and out would boost the property to feel like home.

Brookdale Lohmann’s Crossing is a wonderful, quaint little assisted living in the Lakeway community. The building and property are well kept, and charming. The team at Brookdale is absolutely the best! Patty is so knowledgeable and compassionate. Christa is absolutely a ray of sunshine, and Fadi makes the most delicious meals! Your loved one will be in great hands at this wonderful community.

They are very limited in terms of the transportation they offer, and the types of outings for the residence. The facilities are underwhelming but nice enough. Limited activities. For the cost, I would expect a bit more in that regard.
