Lake Travis Independent Living

The community is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and inviting. Haley and Willow both come from a place of yes and do everything they can to make each resident and family member feel at home.

The price is competitive for the quality of the location. Living quarters and amenities. The community engagement, amenities and ability to go to stores is good. The management is very dysfunctional with high turnover. They are changing prices with minimal notification to the residents. The kitchen has had high turnover and the meals are below average to average.

Great place. Nice and helpful staff. Range of activities. 5 for all but #4. This is independent living so can't really judge that. We don't use the health services offered. Central location. Close to medical center/ hospital. Lots of friendly residents.

The place has been nice for Dad but the dining experience is pretty sad in comparison. No breakfast menu and you have to order by 7 am if you want it delivered. Today they are out of fruit. If you want an apartment without breakfast, you can't have it- you have to pay for breakfast with your apartment. Pretty sad service. Also, there is no cell service here so you have to have a land line.

Lake Travis Independent Living is a very high quality facility for independent senior living. The building seems to be well built with attractive apartments and generally well maintained.The management and other staff is very friendly and accommodating of the residents. The food overall is very good and the service staff is very friendly and seems to know all of us by name. There are lots of activities available and the residents as a group have interesting backgrounds and are good neighbors. The biggest criticism I would have is that at the current moment and ever since my husband and I arrived three months ago, their maintenance staff has not been fully staffed, leading to some delays of needed repairs in individual apartments or common areas.
