I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brookdale North Austin. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth, kindness, and genuine care that the staff provides every day. They treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion, creating an environment where people truly feel valued and at home. The caregivers go above and beyond to make sure each resident is comfortable, happy, and well cared for. It is clear that this is more than just a job for them—it is a calling. The smiles, patience, and personal attention they give make a tremendous difference in the lives of the residents and their families. The facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but what makes this place truly special is the people. Knowing that my mom is surrounded by such caring and dedicated individuals brings an incredible sense of peace and comfort. I would wholeheartedly recommend this community to anyone looking for a loving, supportive, and nurturing place for a family member.
My mom is a current resident. Constantly smells in the hallways. I've never encountered a friendly worker there. The front desk people are lovely, but whoever answers the phone is perpetually nasty. Although I know it's hard to find a good care facility, we expected more from this place for our mother.
It took me a few weeks to adjust from independent living to assisted living, but it was a necessity. I gradually began to adjust and to enjoy being here.

Everyone at Brookdale has been super helpful! They have all strived to accommodate and make my mom as comfortable as possible.
Brookdale North Austin was nice. The staff was nice. It's a relaxed community. The room is basic, but you provide your own furniture. It has minimal kitchenette facilities. It was quite adequate and it's safe there. We took a very cursory review and then we talked about how much it cost. As a result, we believe that that kind of help was not what we're looking for. It was just a nice area. There's nothing extravagant.
I recently took a client to tour Brookdale North ATX. It is truly a phenomenal community—one that stands out for its top-tier dedicated team. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how special this place is. The environment is warm, inviting, and designed with comfort. What truly makes Brookdale exceptional is the people, and Seana Wheeler is a perfect example of that. She is absolutely amazing—going above and beyond to ensure that every resident and family feels supported, valued, and cared for. Her kindness, dedication, and passion for what she does are evident in every interaction, making a real difference in the lives of those she serves. Thanks for all you do for our seniors!
Brookdale North Austin has been such an amazing community to my mother. Not only do they provide outstanding care to their residents, but they also don't have high turnover, so you know who's caring for your loved one. [name removed]and [name removed]do an amazing job at engaging the residents, [name removed]and [name removed]do an amazing job making sure everyone is taken care of. [name removed] helped answer all of my questions and made me feel at home giving me confidence that I was making the right move for my mom. Highly recommend Brookdale North Austin.
My aunt moved to Brookdale in December from an independent living facilty. Unfortunately she passed away in January, but we thought the facilty was wonderful. The staff was so kind and helpful to her and to the family. I would highly recommend Brookdale North.
