This is the worst place ive ever seen. My mom was there for physical therapy for only 12 hours. The staff doesnt want to do their jobs, the rooms are way too hot and its infested with bugs. My mother almost died in there cause of negligence. If it wasn't for my aunt showing up and basically beating down the door before they would get off their lazy buts just to open the door. My mother might not be here now. We had them call 911 and get her out ASAP.
Beautiful new facility with amazing caregivers. I highly recommend you visit prior to putting your loved one anywhere else.
Severely neglected my grandpa.
This assisted living has such a peaceful, warm atmosphere to it. Everyone I met seemed very happy and content. God bless.
My wife was recently a patient at Burleson Nursing And Rehab Center. From the moment we arrived the care and support we received exceeded our expectations. The physical therapy department was truly compassionate and exceptional. We were really impressed with their kindness, dedication and positive attitude. They made a real difference in her healing both mentally and physically. We would like to make honorable mention to the administrative staff, the nurses, aides and the cafeteria members for providing an environment of quality, care and support. We are so grateful for all of you. Thank you all so much. You will be in our Prayers 🙏🙏🙏.
If I could give it less than one star I would. Today I spent about an hour visiting a fellow church member who is currently residing at Burleson Nursing and Rehab. (formerly known as Trinity Mission Health and Rehab). (Unfortunately, my friend was unable to communicate much.) I’m writing this review because I was appalled by the condition of his restroom. STOP reading now if you have a weak stomach: In the attached pictures you can zoom in and see dry feces on the toilet seat, and on the floor were bare footprints in what must have been, at one time, wet feces! Since there’s no shower in his restroom, it begs the question: what must the bottom of his feet look like?! I’m aware of several positive reviews of this nursing home so I pray this is not the norm. I just can’t help but wonder how long his restroom had been in this condition (since the feces was already dry) and how long before it was cleaned. I plan to visit him again tomorrow. UPDATE: I went back to visit my friend today and his room was being cleaned. I asked how often they clean the rooms and she said once or twice a day. I told her that when I was there yesterday, his restroom was in BAD shape, and she said once it had been reported, she went and cleaned it.
My mom has been here since the end of October 2024. The people have been so caring & accommodating towards her. This is definitely one of the older nursing homes in Burleson with major updates needed. I feel this to be a safe place to meet her needs currently. Her room is kept very clean & tidy.
Nasty the cnas are overworked and underpaid the politics of the place are horrible the adon actually grabbed my mom and yelled at her like a child don't let your loved one suffer here
