Chisolm Trail Nursing & Rehab Center

Nice workers. I was trying to see my dad. It was a surprise. When I got to him, one of the nurses was telling me that my dad speaks of his children, including me, 😊. I'm glad my dad is being taken care of! 🤗

We recently visited this rehab center while looking into care options for a family member, and had a great experience. Michael, the administrator, immediately stood out. He greets everyone who walks through the door with kindness and professionalism, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and families. He took time to answer our questions, made us feel welcomed, and created such a positive impression of the facility. It’s comforting to see leadership that is so involved and personable when visiting a facility like this.

This place was awful! They left people in bed all day. The patients had bedsores and they didn’t treat them, they just left the people there to make them worse. It was basically a big scam. There supposed to be a rehab and they just left people there to get bad enough to go to the nursing side so the people have to pay them so they get money. It was absurd they genuinely didn’t care about helping there patients. There was mold on the roof, blood all over the floor that was dried up, holes in the wall and roof of the bathroom, and dry wall falling onto the toilet and all over the places. If I…
