I cannot say enough good things about the Parkview Administrative/Admissions staff. Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we had to find almost immediate housing for our aunt. We came in person to meet with the staff and were greeted with attentive and compassionate staff members to help us navigate a situation that we had never experienced before. The staff went above and beyond to help us; explain our options in detail - and admit us efficiently into the home. The facility is well cared for, is very clean and welcoming to families visiting their loved ones. I would like also like to a publicly thank Jacob for offering us assistance and guidance during normal business hours - and for many calls after normal business hours - to assist us in this process. We are extremely grateful for your compassion and servant heart through it all! Thank you Parkview!

Our family was facing a very stressful and uncertain time trying to get our loved one in care. Jacob truly went above and beyond to help us through the process. He was patient, compassionate, and always available to answer our questions, or seek out the answer on our behalf. He made a difficult situation much easier to navigate, and we are incredibly grateful for his support and the rest of the team truly showing up and providing the same level of service. My aunt is in much better care, and we owe it all to Parkview and their amazing staff.

Don't bring your loved one here if you want them to live. They are neglectful in their care, and management changes are too frequent. Go to Chisolm Trail or Kyle/Austin where wages are better and they give a darn.
