3.6 · 30 reviewsMy younger sister is in this facility. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. My calls go to voicemail. I have emailed the facility and it was totally ignored. How are we suppose to ask questions or check on your family member. Do we need to go file a complaint to the Department of Health and Human Service? Or call 911 for a welfare check on my family member? Those are the only options they have left me.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Colonial Gardens. Opaal and Marcus and staff go above and beyond for their residence and families. It has been a blessing working with them!
My sister arrived at colonial gardens around a month ago, she was in the last stages of dementia. I found the staff to be caring and attentive to her, making sure she was always comfortable.

Very unprofessional management staff that violates Medical Practice Act/Texas Occupations Code 159.006. Furthermore, your phone number on Colonial Gardens Austin website is not a working number! Terrible terrible business practices.

I was so happy when I found a place that I was confident in to take care of my father. He has loved the place, and the staff is always prompt, helpful, and very sincere. Hands down to Colonial gardens and specifically Opaal. Her experience and expertise in health care are unmatched. I appreciate everything and couldn’t go through these last months without y’all! This place is amazing. My family sent my grandma here; Opaal helped me with any questions or concerns I had and made sure my grandma was comfortable and taking care of! And I couldn't thank the staff enough for making sure my grandma was taken care of! Thank you again, Opaal and colonial gardens.
Colonial Gardens stands apart by having great staff and being super responsive. They will bend over backward to find ways to help, and are able to assist with great . Anytime I have anything that comes up, I know Opaal and Nikki will jump right into help. This is a wonderful assisted living that you can count on for great care.
